How the bands read (directional)
Red — Below the band's minimum — operational privileges (visas, transfers, renewals) are restricted until you recover.
Low green — Meeting the minimum. Compliant, but with less flexibility than higher bands.
Medium / high green — Comfortably above target — the widest operational privileges and easiest renewals.
Platinum — The top band — maximum flexibility, prioritised processing.
