§ Legal — terms

The terms for using this site and its content.

Plain terms governing use of ansara.sa and the nature of what you read here. Engagement terms — how we actually work together — live in How We Work and are set out in a written charter before any engagement.

0101 — Using this site

What these terms govern

By using ansara.sa you accept these terms. They govern your use of the website and the informational content on it. They do not create any advisory, legal, or other professional relationship — that is formed only through a written engagement charter, described in section 04.

0202 — The nature of the content

Informative, not advice

Everything on this site — the guides, briefings, sector notes, the interactive report, and the tools — is provided for general information. It is written carefully and in good faith, but it is not legal, tax, financial, or investment advice, and it does not account for your specific circumstances. Regulatory rules, programme terms, and figures change; verify specifics for your situation at the time you act. Nothing here should be relied upon as a substitute for advice from an appropriately qualified professional.

0303 — Interactive tools & illustrations

Illustrative by design

The interactive instruments and the report model general sequences, dependencies, and scenarios on illustrative assumptions. Corridors, timelines, and outputs are indicative, not commitments, and depend on the activity, origin country, completeness of documentation, and third-party timelines outside our control. Use them to understand structure, not to plan to the day.

0404 — Engagements

How a working relationship is formed

A professional relationship with ANSARA begins only when we agree a written engagement charter setting out scope, deliverables, fees, and exclusions. Our working rules are described in How We Work and our engagement and fee model in How We're Engaged. Where an engagement requires regulated work, it is executed by appropriately licensed professionals we coordinate; ANSARA is not itself a law firm, accounting firm, or brokerage.

0505 — Independence & no special standing

An honest boundary

ANSARA is independent and claims no governmental affiliation, influence, or special standing within any public framework, and we do not guarantee regulatory outcomes. Any statement to the contrary — from anyone — should be treated with suspicion.

0606 — Intellectual property

What you may and may not do

The content, design, and code of this site are the property of ANSARA unless otherwise stated. You may read, reference, and share it with attribution for non-commercial purposes. You may not republish it as your own, or reproduce substantial portions commercially, without permission.

0707 — Disclaimers & liability

The limits of reliance

The site is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, ANSARA is not liable for any loss arising from reliance on the general information or tools provided here, as distinct from advice given under a written engagement. This does not limit any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

0808 — Governing law & changes

Jurisdiction and updates

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. We may update them as needed; the current version always lives at this address. Questions can be sent to hello@ansara.sa.

These are clear, good-faith terms of use; they should be reviewed and finalised with qualified counsel before publication.
